Molasses is a medalist when it comes to supplying iron, but not everyone has developed a taste for it. You have been warned…this bread tastes like molasses, and if you already like molasses you will love it guaranteed. It can take the place of a wonderful healthy snack, a light breakfast, or dessert.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- This is the easiest recipe ever. Just put everything into your mixing bowl and blend until all is incorporated.
