
Oatmeal Champions
If you’ve tried the Champions, you will find this very similar but with a different oatmeal cookie twist. This recipe makes 2 dozen, high protein and fiber, delicious peanut butter oatmeal cookies.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend peanut butter, butter, egg, sucanat, honey and vanilla in mixer bowl until well combined.
- Sprinkle dry ingredients including raisins over the top and then mix all together.
- Drop by rounded teaspoon on baking sheet and bake 9 minutes, or until light, golden brown.
