
Pizza “On-The-Fly”
It’s good to have a ready made crust on hand for that extra busy day. Most stores will sell frozen chicken with a marinara style sauce, and that can be kept in the freezer as well.* Make this vegetarian by omitting the meat and adding more of your favorite vegetables like mushrooms or artichoke hearts.

Method
- Unwrap crust and place on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spread red sauce over pizza, then top with chicken, peppers, olives, and sprinkle cumin and oregano over all. Add any other extra vegetables at this point. Finish with cheese.
- Bake 12 min. Slide onto large cutting board and sprinkle basil on top. Cut into 8 pieces. VARIATION: Mix in a little bar-b-q sauce with the red sauce for a different flavor and add cilantro rather than basil
