- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix oat flour through salt in mixing bowl.
- Stir in applesauce, vanilla, coconut oil until combined, then fold in chocolate.
- Bake 14 minutes until golden brown, rotating tray half way. Let cool before removing from tray. (adapted from Babycakes Covers the Classics “Babycakes NYC Chocolate Chip Cookies”)
