Molly’s Chocolate Energy Bars
These bars have no flour but lots of seeds, nuts and coconut. They are good to fill you up for a few hours at least, and great for bringing to work or school, with no artificial, strange, or unrecognizable ingredients!

Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roughly chop dried dates if they are whole. Place in bowl along with butter and beat on medium to high for approx. a minute.
- Add all other ingredients and combine well. Drop in rounded balls of desired size on baking sheet and flatten slightly with palm.
- Bake 12-14 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan with spatula. They will harden quite a bit more after they are completely cool, which makes them great for travel. OTL 2017
