Vinaigrette 1

This vinaigrette can be used for many different things. First as a base to add other ingredients for other dressing tastes, as a meat marinade, or to drizzle over fresh vegetables such as tomato and cucumber salad. If you don’t have a “dressing” container, just clean a used jar and it will work just as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 green onion minced fine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. 1. Pour all into container with lid and shake. Store in refrigerator up to a week.
