Winter Salad with Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette
This is a wonderful, fresh side dish to balance out all the richness of the season. Watercress is one of the so called super foods because of it’s nutrient dense storehouse of vitamins and minerals, most notably Vitamins A and C. It is so similar to a scrumptious Waldorf salad that you might be inspired to add a few cut red grapes if you like fruity salad.
