Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) dried date pieces can replace 1/2c. with banana
  • 2 cup(s) oats
  • 2 egg(s)
  • 1 cup(s) sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup(s) sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) coconut sugar
  • 1 cup(s) almond butter
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon heaping
  • 1 tsp cayenne (hot) pepper
  • 1 tsp stevia powder or to desired sweetness
  • 1 tbsp allspice
  • 1 cup(s) walnuts

Method
 

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend dates, oats, eggs, seeds, flour, coconut sugar, almond butter and xanthum gum together.
  2. Sprinkle cocoa powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, stevia and allspice over top, then blend all together.
  3. Stir in walnuts.
  4. Line 13×9 pan with parchment paper, then fill with batter and bake 14 minutes. Remove from pan and cool before cutting. OTL 2018
