Diana’s- Chocolate Breakfast Cookies
These little bites are sweet enough to be a cookie, but healthy enough to be some healthy calories on your way out the door. Also a great to keep in the car for before and after a workout.

Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend the butter, avocado, and extracts together well.
- Add all other ingredients and blend well. Drop by rounded balls onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
