These little bites are sweet enough to be a cookie, but healthy enough to be some healthy calories on your way out the door. Also a great to keep in the car for before and after a workout.

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend the butter, avocado, and extracts together well.
Add all other ingredients and blend well. Drop by rounded balls onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 14 minutes. OTL 2018
