
Chicken Roll-Ups
We love sandwiches that start flat BEFORE they even go in the lunch bag. Make your own lunch meat and save money!
Ingredients
Method
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard over one side of each flat bread.
- Layer thin sliced meat, cheese and lettuce. Add any other favorite sandwich items you have on hand: thin sliced tomato avocado artichoke hearts bell peppers
- Sprinkle all over with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Roll tightly from one long edge, and then cut at an angle in center. Wrap individually. OTL 2012
