Method
- Place frozen fruit in a small saucepan with lid and cook on medium heat until fruit softens, approx. 5 mins.
- Add honey and chia seeds and continue to simmer until jam thickens. Stir ocassionally to keep bottom from burning. (It will coninue to thicken as it cools!)
- Refrigerate in a jar with lid. I use an empty spaghetti sauce jar.
