Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and egg yolks together. Sprinkle flour, salt and baking soda on top; then blend all together. Add chips, walnuts and raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or until turning golden on the edges.
OPTIONS: - Reduce sugar to 3/4 c.
- Replace 1/2 c. flour with oat flour or quick oats
- replace 1 Tbsp. of the butter with olive oil
- Replace raisins with chopped dates, walnuts with pecans, and chocolate chips with white chocolate chips
