Method
- Mix ground flax meal and water in small bowl and let sit for 5 min. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In mixing bowl combine flax meal and water "gel", honey and sugar.
- Sprinkle flour, baking soda and salt over top; combine. Mix in walnuts and drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 min., or until center does not depress when lightly touched. OTL 2012
