Method
- In a food processor pulse dates until smooth. Add almonds and hazelnuts and pulse until chunky.
- Push date mixture to the sides and pour melted chocolate and cinnamon into the center. Pulse until combined.
- Shape mixture into a rectangle on a smooth surface and cut into bars. Mix chia seeds and cinnamon together in a shallow dish and press each bar on both sides into the mixture to coat.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
