- Put broccoli in steamer basket and steam 3 min. Then add other vegetables. Take off before completely done as they will continue to cook because they are hot.
- While steaming, combine dressing ingredients. Gently toss with vegetables after they have cooled. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable Substitutions: Use your favorites. Start steaming with harder vegetables first, like carrots, onions, broccoli and asparagus, then add softer ones later like zucchini, tomatoes and corn. Total about 4 c. vegetables.
