Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend coconut oil, egg, molasses and sugar until well combined. Add dates and blend more. It will be lumpy.
On top of blended mixture sprinkle flour, oats, salt, allspice, nutmeg, ginger and cayenne. Mix all together.
Add raisins, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Drop by 1/4 cup on cookie sheet, flatten gently and smooth sides if desired. Bake 14-16 minutes, or even longer for extra crispy. If replacing dates with banana, the time might be less, just check after 12 minutes.
