Method
- Prep Work: Juice grapefruits if making juice yourself.
- Boil 3 c. (for 6 tea bags) of water in pan with lid. Add tea bags, replace lid and let sit for 10 min.
- Remove tea bags and stir in sugar/honey until it dissolves. Let the tea cool.
- Stir in 3 cups of cold water (for 6 tea bags again) and serve in glasses with ice and a sprig of mint. (adapted from Weight Watchers "Simply the Best- Fruit and Spice Iced Tea")
