Fermenting or sprouting different foods increases their nutrient value, but requires waiting. So too these GREAT broccoli florets. Every time you apply heat to fresh vegetables they lose something of value, but by adding a light dressing plus time to broccoli, you can have all of your broccoli in its full glory, and eat it too (as they say). Throw it together in the morning and they will be ready as a healthy side dish for dinner.
