Ingredients
Method
- Place chicken in pot followed by chopped vegetables and spices.
- Add just enough water to cover ingredients. Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to a low simmer. Simmer 1 hour.
- Boil noodles according to package directions, rinse and set aside.
- Remove meat from bones, chop and return to pot, and then salt and pepper to taste. Add noodles to individual servings so that they do not get mushy in leftovers. OTL 2011
