Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 7 egg(s)
  • 2 oz(s) cheddar cheese 1/2" chunks
  • garlic salt
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 avocado(es) chunks
  • 4 slice(s) bread slice or English muffins

Method
 

  1. Heat a few Tbsp. of oil in a skillet on medium heat. Meanwhile, crack eggs into a small bowl and whisk. Put toast in toaster.
  2. Pour eggs into skillet. Push them around a bit with a spatula and drop cheese chunks, onion, and a pinch of garlic salt on top.
  3. Turn eggs over a few times as they cook and add avocado before completely done. Done when no longer shiny; watch carefully as it only takes a few minutes.
  4. Butter slices of toast and place eggs on top. Serve with fresh fruit in season.
