Method
- Cut cabbage, onion and carrot according to directions above. Place in large serving bowl.
- Whisk sesame oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in small bowl until well combined.
- Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Let stand 10 minutes or so before serving for flavors to blend. OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: crunchy Chinese noodles sprinkled over top and/or toasted sesame or sunflower seeds
