Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking sheet.
Combine meat, salt and pepper. Form into galf ball sized balls and flatten on baking sheet.
Place in oven, 5 min. on one side and 5-6 min. on the other. They will cook a bit more after they come out so take them out right after all pink is gone.
Mix ketchup with cumin and chipotle pepper. Serve sliders with ketchup and a few leaves of arugula or other green.
LEFTOVERS: Freeze for another meal or snack, make into meatball sandwiches by broiling with bar-b-q sauce and provolone, or cut into chunks and add to soup.
