- Heat oil in skillet but do not let smoke. Add rice, garlic salt and cumin; stir fry until golden colored, approx. 4-7 min.
- Add onions, tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer for 25-35 min., or until rice is tender. Sprinkle cilantro before serving. OTL 2011
