Blend banana, peanut butter and honey in mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle flour, oats and salt over blended ingredients in bowl then mix just until thoroughly combined. Mix in chocolate chips and add more goodies if you have them and want to. I always add date pieces and lots of walnuts for more nutrition and protein for the kids.
Roll heaping tablespoons of batter with palms (ping pong ball sized) and flatten slightly with palm or fork on baking sheet. Bake 10 min. or until golden brown.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: walnuts, raisins

1/2 garbanzo bean or brown rice flour
1/4 potato starch
1/4 tapioca flour
