Vinaigrette 2

Worcestershire sauce and garlic cloves are the difference between Vinaigrettes 1 and 2. One batch of this should be enough for at least 8 dinner salads with some to spare. Extras are always great poured over fresh vegetables like tomato and cucumber slices.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 2/3 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic clove(s) crushed
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or raw sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard or 1/3 less dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. 1. Put all into cleaned mayonnaise jar (or any which is large enough) and shake until combined.
