Prep Work: Cut zucchini in half horizontally. Dice tomato. If not using leftovers from Yummy Hamburgers recipe, then mix hamburger with next 6 ingredients. Shred cheddar cheese if needed.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut zucchini horizontally and scrape out seeds. Save them for hamburger.
Add seeds and diced tomatoes to paired recipe leftovers. Without leftovers, combine meat, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, zucchini seeds and diced tomato in a bowl..
Lay zucchini in 13x9 pan, stuff center with meat mixture, and top with shredded cheese. Bake 15-20 min.
NOT PAIRED?: For yield of 6 take 1 lb. hamburger, 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsp. ketchup, 1 cup bread crumbs, two finely diced tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper. Mix together.
TOMATO ALTERNATIVE: Red bell pepper can be used to substitute for one or both tomatoes.
