Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place eggs, vanilla and juicing fiber in blender and puree until mostly smooth. Spoon out into mixing bowl.
Add stevia, honey, dates and flax gel (made from flax meal and water) to the mixing bowl and mix at high speed until well blended.
Sprinkle cocoa, flour, baking soda and salt on top and combine all. Add nuts and chocolate chips; mix just until combined.
Pat batter into bottom of greased 13x9 pan. Bake 22-25 minutes; brownies will not pull away from sides as others do. Let cool then cut.
Frosting: If you feel like compromising a bit, these take on a whole new flavor when frosted with chocolate frosting, and you might draw in some of the more reluctant eaters! I keep them plain and eat way too many.
